A 12-week guided, self-help online program that teaches to track your individual sources and symptoms of stress and develop a personalized plan that will help you start living a healthier and more relaxed life. Utilizing the pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, Stress program guides you to establish coping strategies and specific relaxation techniques to decrease the impact of stress on one’s body, mind, spirit, and emotions. It emphasizes that the best way to be happier, healthier, and more productive is to manage your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors contribute to everyday stress levels.

- Set & Track Your Own Goals with goal reminders
- Lifestyle Journal
- A non-judgmental and supportive Coach will review your Goals, Lifestyle Journal including any pictures or selfies you post
- Unlimited in app messaging via secure chat feature. Guaranteed response within 48 hours
- Does not include any phone or video coaching sessions
- Need extra support? Option to purchase 45-minute video coaching session via YourCoach app for an additional charge of $197/session
