- A non-judgmental and supportive Coach will review your Goals, Sleep and Lifestyle Journal including any pictures or selfies you post

- Does not include any phone or video coaching sessions
- Need extra support? Option to purchase 60-minute video coaching session via YourCoach app for an additional charge of $197/session
